Legal notice, privacy and cookies
In short: this website doesn’t spy on you. It has no cookies or trackers of any kind. The only thing I collect is what you write to me in the contact form, and I use it to reply.
Who is behind it
This website is the professional portfolio of Celia Fernández Gómez, a graphic designer working under the name vitaminaCe. Its purpose is to show design work and make it easy to get in touch for anyone who wants to commission some. Nothing is sold through it.
For anything related to this website or your data, write to hola@vitaminace.es.
What data I collect and why
Only what you type into the form on the Let’s talk page: your name, your email address and the reason you’re writing. No other part of the website collects any data.
I use it for one thing only: reading your message and replying. I don’t sell it, I don’t pass it on to anyone for advertising and I don’t add you to any mailing list.
The legal basis for processing it is your consent, which you give when you send the form. I keep messages for as long as our conversation lasts and, if we end up working together, for as long as tax and accounting obligations require. Otherwise, I delete them once they no longer serve a purpose.
Where it goes
The form is handled by Web3Forms, a service that collects what you write and delivers it to my inbox. This means your message passes through their servers, which are outside the European Union. I’m telling you because you have the right to know before you write; if you’d rather avoid it, you can email me directly at hola@vitaminace.es and your message won’t go through any intermediary.
What you can ask me
Regarding your data, you can exercise your rights of access (knowing what I hold), rectification (correcting it), erasure (having it deleted), objection, restriction and portability. Just write to hola@vitaminace.es and tell me which one.
If you think I haven’t handled it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. There are no visit counters or trackers of any kind. That’s also why you won’t see the usual cookie banner: there would be nothing to accept.
The only exception is that the typefaces are loaded from Adobe Fonts, an Adobe service, which logs your IP address when serving them, just like any server your browser requests a file from. You can read how Adobe handles it in its privacy policy.
Two sections, Web and Design lab, rebuild some of my projects live with their own typefaces: the Fundación Banús website and the Algorfa till screen. To do that, those two pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, a Google service, and the Web page also loads the client’s own Adobe Fonts kit. Google also logs your IP address when serving them, and its servers may be outside the European Union. No cookies are set and nothing else is sent. You can read how Google handles it in its privacy policy.
The work shown here
The images, illustrations and texts on this website are the work of Celia Fernández Gómez or of the clients they were made for, and are protected by intellectual property rights. Feel free to look at them as much as you like; to reproduce them or use them elsewhere, please ask me first.
This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
